Engagement photo sessions are a key part of preparing of for your wedding.

Not only do they give you a great opportunity to get images to use for your Save The Dates, to print out for your reception, not to mention your walls, but they also serve a more important purpose. 

Practice.

Everyone knows that practice makes perfect, and you want your wedding photos to be perfect. An engagement session helps you and the photographer to determine what poses, angles, tips and tricks work best for you.

Engagement sessions typically last about two hours, and I recommend scheduling them around sunrise or sunset.

While I don't require engagement sessions to shoot your wedding, I highly recommend them. Most of my wedding packages include an engagement session.
